We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new clients, building and developing existing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service with a sense of urgency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new clients through various marketing channels and cold calling activities.
  • Build and develop existing client relationships to grow their share of wallet.
  • Understand clients' business requirements to prepare and provide best quote/pricing.
  • Actively engage clients to understand why we won or lost the quote and make adjustments to future quotes based on lessons learned.
  • Engage, establish, and grow relationships with carriers and internal SEKO teams when preparing a quote or tariff on international, domestic, contract logistics, and other services.
  • Conduct MySEKO Harmony (Client Portal) demonstrations to clients.
  • Able to effectively onboard small to mid-size clients through client set up activities.
  • Manage Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, and Sales activities via SEKO's systems.
  • Maintain integrity of information by ensuring all data is entered accurately and timely in SEKO's systems.
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives/KPIs to ensure sales quota is achieved.

**Requirements:**

  • 1-3 years transportation/logistics experience, preferred.
  • Pricing experience, preferred.
  • Proficiency with CargoWise, preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have ability to learn other computer systems/applications.
