About the Role

As a Foreclosure Attorney / Staff Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling litigation cases related to real estate and secured transactions
  • Providing expert advice on creditor's rights and foreclosure law
  • Meeting hourly billing requirements of 1920 hours annually
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • Admission to practice law in the state of California and maintenance of all necessary licensing and MCLE requirements
  • Five years of litigation experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong interest in real estate or mortgage law will be considered
