Position Overview

Girard Resources & Recycling, LLC is seeking applications for a Class A CDL truck operator specializing in dump trucks and trailers.

This role offers consistent full-time employment, with hours ranging from 40 to 60 per week throughout the year.

All candidates must successfully complete a driving assessment and undergo a DOT pre-employment drug screening.


COMPENSATION

We offer a key-to-key pay structure, ensuring no non-productive time.

A new hire bonus of $4,000 is available after 90 days of incident-free work, distributed in three increments at 4, 5, and 6 months of employment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Safely and efficiently operate various types of trucks, including transfer trailers and side dumps.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections and complete logs prior to vehicle operation.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as tarping loads and climbing on and off trucks.
  • Maintain a professional and organized appearance at all times.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential; candidates should be self-motivated and dependable to meet performance expectations.
