We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Montagu Arms Hotel. As a key member of our brigade, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Main Responsibilities- Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring it is well-organized and prepared for service.
- Support and lead other chefs in your section, promoting clear communication and delegation.
- Prepare dishes to the highest standard, adhering to the Head Chef's instructions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and surrounding areas.
- Contribute to the team's success by identifying and resolving issues, and sharing ideas for improvement.
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar establishment or hotel.
- Excellent organization skills and adaptability.
- A collaborative approach to teamwork and a passion for food.
- High standards of cleanliness, personal hygiene, and food hygiene.
