Job Summary

Firebird Bulk Carriers Inc. and GulfMark Energy Inc. are seeking a skilled CDL A Local Driver to join our team. As a Local Driver, you will be responsible for transporting crude oil throughout multiple crude oil and natural gas basins in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-trip and post-trip inspection of equipment
  • Maintain driver log and paperwork
  • Drive 18-Wheeler Tractor and Semi-Trailer
  • Load and unload hazardous materials from tankers following all safety requirements
  • Fuel and lubricate truck and trailer
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, local and company rules and regulations
Requirements
  • 22 years of age (Minimum age requirement)
  • Class A CDL with an X endorsement
  • TWIC Card (Certain Company/Locations)
  • No preventable accidents in the last three (3) years
  • No more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years
  • Minimum one-year recent tractor trailer driving experience
