Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounts payable team, ensuring all payments and invoices are processed accurately and on time.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for resolving escalated AP issues, providing guidance and support to the team.
  • Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency within the AP department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.
  • Prepare and present AP reports to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an AP Supervisor or similar role in accounts payable.
  • Management experience required.
