Join our team of dedicated professionals at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago as a Water Exercise Instructor As a Water Fitness Instructor, you will lead water fitness classes with a focus on safe exercises and proper form. We offer a competitive salary starting at $20.00 per hour plus a fitness pay plan and opportunities to grow within the organization.

In addition to leading water fitness classes, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing progressive exercise plans for program participants
  • Maintaining current certifications and reporting injuries
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must have current Water Fitness certification
  • Must be physically and mentally able to respond to emergencies and administer CPR and First Aid effectively

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and location. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
