Job Title: Solar Installer

Reports to: Site Foreman

Objective: Execute designated tasks to guarantee the effective completion of high-quality installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out assigned duties, including the assembly of mounting systems, positioning of solar panels, conducting wire pulls, and managing wiring.
  • Support in performing electrical evaluations such as IV curve tracing, ground grid assessments, insulation resistance evaluations, and open-circuit voltage measurements.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks as instructed by the foreman.
Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in construction, carpentry, concrete work, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools is advantageous.
Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of working in adverse weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
  • Physically able to manually excavate and refill holes and trenches.
  • Must be able to lift and carry loads up to 80 lbs.
