Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $150,000 to $405,000, negotiable based on experience, as well as relocation assistance of $30,000 and a sign-on bonus of 15% of the base salary. Additionally, we provide 5 days of Continuing Medical Education (CME) and an allowance, as well as student loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI). Our annual base increase is up to 5%, and we offer over 400 hours of paid time off, plus 13 federal holidays.

Responsibilities and Facility Details

We are seeking a skilled mental health professional to join our team in a 4- or 5-day schedule, with a mix of individual and family treatment. You will work with adults 21 and older with severe and persistent mental illness, providing trauma-focused treatment plans that address circumstances affecting daily living, as well as group, individual, family, and couples therapy. Our day program combines integrated behavioral and primary care services in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need a BC or BE (out of residency/fellowship) and experience working in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). You will be working in a hospital setting in Alaska, with a unique opportunity to experience the best of both worlds - a metropolitan area with easy access to outdoor adventures and breathtaking natural beauty.
