Laboratory Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Specialist to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our scientific team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical procedures, including preparing routine solutions and reagents, and conducting laboratory support functions.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Procedures: Prepare routine solutions and reagents, perform routine reactions, make and record observations, and collect and prepare data for evaluation.
- Laboratory Support: Stock and distribute supplies and equipment, arrange and dismantle apparatus, and collect, wash, and store glassware.
- Quality Control: Perform technical and record-keeping duties in conformance with company and regulatory policies and standards to meet quality and accuracy requirements.
- Research and Development: Conduct research and development activities, including analyzing compounds and managing corporate compound collection.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, such as chemistry, biology, or physics.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a laboratory setting.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
