We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney Manager who is committed to advocating for clients' rights. This pivotal role involves overseeing a team of trial attorneys, ensuring they are well-prepared to manage a diverse range of personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in personal injury law and litigation management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of four to five trial attorneys, fostering a high-performance environment.
  • Oversee the management of various personal injury cases, representing clients in court and coordinating junior staff for court appearances.
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Conduct discovery and depositions, effectively gathering and analyzing evidence.
  • Represent clients in court hearings and depositions, advocating for their rights.
  • Collaborate with the insurance defense team to manage litigation effectively.
  • Develop strategies for litigation management, aiming for swift and favorable outcomes.
  • Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and share insights with the team.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active admission to the state bar.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law or litigation management.
  • Proven track record in managing plaintiff and defense litigation.
  • Extensive knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes.
  • Experience in leading trial attorneys and achieving outstanding results.
  • Strong drafting skills for legal documents.
