This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in outpatient physical therapy, emphasizing personalized patient interactions and diverse treatment approaches. The role encompasses both rehabilitation support and front desk responsibilities. All team members will receive training to assist patients with exercises and treatment modalities, as well as manage front desk operations and maintain a clean office environment.

We are in search of a full-time candidate to fulfill the dual role of rehabilitation support and front desk coordinator (40 hours/week; part-time candidates may also be considered). We eagerly anticipate meeting all qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor
  • Manage incoming communications via phone, fax, and email
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, healthcare providers, patients, and insurance representatives
  • Utilize computer systems for file management and data entry
  • Verify insurance details and process co-payments
  • Handle cash transactions
  • Maintain accurate patient scheduling
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word, as well as GMAIL and Mac systems
  • Demonstrate proficiency in spelling and typing
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Guide patients through exercises and treatment modalities with proper technique
  • Maintain cleanliness of the office and treatment areas
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including answering calls, filing, and managing patient authorizations

Qualifications:
