Role Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a vital caregiver responsible for a designated group of patients, delivering care through the application of the nursing process and utilizing available resources within the institution's framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all duties and responsibilities as per unit specifications.
- Apply relevant procedures and theories pertinent to the nursing specialty.
- Maintain precise and current documentation of nursing care to facilitate effective communication within the healthcare team.
- Conduct initial patient assessments upon admission and formulate appropriate care plans tailored to patient and family needs.

Department-Specific Duties:
- Facilitate effective communication with patients and families through regular rounding, bedside reporting, and information boards.
- Collaborate with critical care teams for patients requiring advanced care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant nursing experience required.
Work Schedule:
- Day shifts with rotating holiday and weekend responsibilities.
