Job Summary:

SpeechCom, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating students with speech or language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess the needs of pupils with speech or language disorders and match their needs with programs available through the educational system.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Meet with students regularly to evaluate and maintain records of their progress.
  • Report progress to faculty members and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss their evaluations of students' skills.
  • Complete re-evaluations triennially to measure progress according to professional guidelines.
  • Build and maintain rapport with students to promote success in speech and language programs.
  • Stay current with professional literature and attend seminars on a regular basis to maintain and update professional skills.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in speech pathology required.
  • CA state-issued license as a speech pathologist required.
  • Clinical fellows welcome to apply (mentorship available).
Compensation:

$60-$75/hour
