Role Overview: The Intensive In-Home service is designed for children and adolescents requiring substantial support to remain in their homes. This position involves being part of an Intensive In-Home Team that delivers therapeutic services aimed at stabilizing living situations, promoting family reunification, and preventing the need for out-of-home placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate within organizational and therapeutic teams.
  • Manage a designated caseload while meeting the organization's productivity expectations.
  • Utilize appropriate skills and judgment to provide therapeutic services that demonstrate quality and performance, ensuring the needs of clients are met for positive outcomes.
  • Apply clinical knowledge to achieve favorable results, including evaluation, assessment, treatment planning, intervention techniques, aftercare, and transition planning.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field, along with one year of professional experience working with children in mental health.
  • For Qualified Professionals, two years of relevant experience is required.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
