Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at SES Government Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality systems to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of quality principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement quality plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
* Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
* Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends
* Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practices
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality assurance, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
* Strong knowledge of quality principles and practices, including ISO 9001
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
