We are seeking a Financial Reporting Sr. Consultant to support our program with the US Marine Corps. This role focuses on ensuring the accurate reporting of Marine Corps positions by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of the DAI Quantitative Drill Down (QDD) File and its relationship with Advana Reporting. The candidate will be responsible for identifying discrepancies in Advana and working closely with relevant stakeholders, including the Marine Corps and OSD, to resolve these issues.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Active Secret security clearance (interim OK)
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Strong understanding of the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Quantitative Drill Down (QDD) File
  • Proficiency in data analysis and data validation to ensure accurate reporting of Marine Corps positions
  • Ability to identify discrepancies in Advana data and understand how it impacts reporting
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and report findings clearly
  • Familiarity with DoD financial management processes

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools and report generation in Advana
  • Knowledge of financial and process discrepancies in large-scale systems
  • Ability to collaborate with Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) to ensure accurate position capture
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to drive data integrity improvements
  • Experience working with DAI financial management systems
