Role as Retail Bakery Manager

As a key member of our production and sales team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will be essential in motivating the sales team and supporting the bakery in all aspects of operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and work as part of a small team to provide an exceptional product and customer experience

Requirements
  • 2+ years' supervisory experience in a similar role, ideally in the baking, food production, or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment, selection, retention, staff development, and disciplinary procedures
  • Knowledge of financial management skills, including cash management and banking
  • Experience with computer tasks, including email, word processing, and data analysis
