Job Title: Per Diem Nurse - Telemetry

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Per Diem Nurse to join our team at a top-rated hospital in Savannah, Georgia. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of shifts and provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The Per Diem Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care to patients on the Telemetry unit. This includes assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients on the Telemetry unit
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Requirements:
  • Current State Nursing License
  • Minimum 1-year acute care experience in a hospital setting
  • Appropriate certifications for the specific position
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
