Ryder System Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver CDL A to join our team as a Dedicated Solo Class A CDL Driver. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a tractor-trailer combination vehicle to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, as well as Ryder's safety policies and procedures.
- Load and unload freight, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Class A CDL with a valid endorsement for the position.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including a drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
- Pass a DOT physical.
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions, and to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.
- Competitive hourly rate.
