About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Plumbing Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Graduate Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including system design, load calculations, and report writing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed drawings and system design calculations
  • Conduct system load calculations to determine equipment size
  • Write reports summarizing calculation methodologies employed
  • Attend meetings with clients to discuss design issues and establish needs
  • Collaborate with engineers from other disciplines and external consultants
  • Incorporate sustainable design methods into building systems
  • Select equipment for use in building systems
  • Perform construction administration tasks, including site visits and submittal reviews
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Sanitary, Environmental, or Architectural Engineering
  • Coursework in fluid hydraulics/piping/fluid dynamics
  • Proven interest in the built environment
  • Ability to interface with clients
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas effectively
  • Attitude of taking initiative and enthusiasm for learning
