Program Objectives
The New Grad Mentorship Program is designed to support new graduates in developing the skills and confidence needed to provide excellent patient care. Through a combination of virtual and hands-on experience, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Develop patient management and treatment planning skills
- Improve surgical extractions and bone grafting techniques
- Enhance removable prosthetics and perio protect skills
- Master hygiene protocols and office management operations
- Advance molar endodontics and implant placement and restoration skills
Qualifications
To be eligible for the New Grad Mentorship Program, candidates must:
- Be a 2023 or 2024 DDS/DMD graduate from an accredited dental school
- Pursue dental licensure in the state of Wisconsin
- Have a desire to grow and expand their skillset through provided mentorship
