This role requires a strong background in primary care or gastroenterology and the ability to manage health issues and coordinate care according to established protocols. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other healthcare team members and travel to multiple office locations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide comprehensive patient care by managing health issues and coordinating care according to established protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care
• Travel to multiple office locations as required
• Possess a strong background in primary care or gastroenterology

**Requirements:**
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Prior GI or Primary Care experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure in NY in good standing
- Current DEA certificate
- Current CDS
