Hospitality Mixologist

Job Summary:

The Drink Preparation Specialist will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to our guests, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Presentation of menu and drink suggestions to guests
• Accurate input of orders into the POS system and preparation of drinks
• Maintenance of a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and glassware
• Preparation of bills and acceptance of payment or referral to cashiers as necessary
• Clearing the bar after each guest leaves and thanking them for their visit

Qualifications/Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to connect with customers and colleagues
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude in line with our values and culture
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Valid certification for serving alcohol required
