We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team at AMFM Healthcare. As a key member of our residential mental health program, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to adolescents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and assessments to identify individualized treatment plans
  • Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans, including crisis counseling and therapeutic interventions
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions, as well as family therapy and education
  • Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and policies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and efficient clinical operations
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling
  • Current and active licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or other relevant credential
  • Experience working with adolescents and their families in a clinical setting
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in HIPAA and electronic medical records
