Dietary Aide

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Kessler Estates Senior Living. As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service to our residents while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

• Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with food preparation, including washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining a clean kitchen
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth food service operations
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
