  • Team Management: Supervise and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a positive guest experience by ensuring prompt and courteous service, addressing customer complaints, and implementing feedback to improve operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: A minimum of a High School Diploma; a two-year associate's degree or higher is desirable.
  • Experience: A minimum of five years of prior experience as an hourly team member, supervisor, or manager in a full-service, quick-casual, or fast-food high-volume restaurant.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment; must have the stamina and ability to work various shifts, including opening, mid-shifts, and closing; must be able to spend 90% of working time standing and 10% sitting.
