Eyewear Sales Consultant

As an Eyewear Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our patients and customers. You will work closely with Opticians to ensure accurate measurements and recommendations for glasses and contact lenses, develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive sales and achieve company objectives, and stay up-to-date on new products and technologies to provide expert advice to customers.

Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and sales experience to patients and customers.
* Work closely with Opticians to ensure accurate measurements and recommendations for glasses and contact lenses.
* Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive sales and achieve company objectives.
* Stay up-to-date on new products and technologies to provide expert advice to customers.
What We Offer:
* A competitive salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year based on location, experience, and qualifications.

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED.
* 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
* Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills.
* Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
* Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
* Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task; ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year based on location, experience, and qualifications.
