Urology Specialist

We are seeking a Board-Certified Academic Urologist to work in our Urology practice. This physician will mentor medical students and residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence in teaching both at the bedside and in didactic sessions and be passionate about the academic, intellectual and career development of our trainees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ambulatory Clinic Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
• Three days in clinic and two days per week in surgery with dedicated OR time
• Many procedures performed in clinic including Cystoscopes, ultrasound, prostate biopsies, BCG, etc. excluding vasectomies
• Average outpatient clinic volumes: per day
• Residents take first call
• Inpatient rounding as needed
• Minimum two years teaching and leadership experience
