Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Town Chief of Police Leader to lead and manage our police department, ensuring the safety and security of our residents and properties. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the activities of the police department, including patrol, investigations, and administrative functions.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that guide the department's operations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Foster positive relationships with community members, local organizations, and government agencies to promote public safety and trust in law enforcement.
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified candidate with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice or a related field, at least 10 years of law enforcement experience, and 5 years in a supervisory or management role. The ideal candidate should possess a valid state law enforcement certification, have excellent communication skills, and be able to inspire and guide a team.
