This position is a long-term contractual role.

Work Schedule:
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background in manufacturing, assembly, or machining
- Experience handling nonconforming components
- Familiarity with quality management systems
General Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
Key Responsibilities:
- Document technical data to support assigned components, assemblies, and systems in accordance with quality standards and procedures
- Manage and execute multiple concurrent process improvement initiatives independently or as part of a cross-functional team to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Conduct plant floor inspections to locate marked components in the quality area, gather necessary information (may involve lifting/moving parts for documentation or locating inspection reports), and forward nonconformance reports to the appropriate engineer based on part identifiers
- Facilitate training sessions on quality assurance principles and tools
- Maintain and enhance process documentation to ensure consistent quality practices in designated areas
- Perform additional tasks as required
