Job Summary

The Gardens at Stevens is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality resident care and support in our nursing home setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care to our residents, promoting their dignity, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents with various needs, including therapeutic, neuro, and dementia care, as well as wound care and IV therapy.
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, in accordance with established care plans.
  • Ensure residents are out of bed according to care plans and interact with residents, family members, and colleagues in a supportive and calm manner.
  • Participate in inter-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of care plans.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the care and comfort of our residents.
Requirements
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina to perform duties in a nursing home setting
Work Environment

The Gardens at Stevens is a long-term care facility providing skilled nursing services to our residents. As a CNA, you will work in a team-based environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support.

Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 and a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Conditions apply.
