Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Obie Comfort Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular physical inventory counts, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records of equipment, parts, and supplies
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Organize warehouse space for efficient storage and retrieval of items
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of materials
• Receive and process customer orders, picking items from inventory
• Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shelving units

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of related experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the HVAC or a related industry
• Energetic personality
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn software programs
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work independently or in a team setting
• Ability to address issues that arise in a day-to-day warehouse setting
• Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as needed
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
