About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at adidas in North Conway, NH. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, meet customer needs, and maintain a clean and organized store.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays, creating window displays, and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including counting cash, processing credit card transactions, and securing the store.
Requirements
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail experience preferred.
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales goals and meeting customer needs.
