Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's operations and industry dynamics, alongside a solid grasp of their system cycles and account balances relevant to your assigned duties.
  • Gain insight into the tasks to be executed and the objectives behind them.
  • Conduct thorough substantive and analytical audit procedures in designated areas.
  • Prepare detailed working papers that effectively document the tests conducted and the methodologies applied to support your conclusions.
  • Maintain vigilance regarding the accurate and consistent application of accounting standards during audit processes.
  • Assist in the compilation of financial statements and accompanying notes.
  • Identify and record any control weaknesses or issues that require management's attention.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience (or busy seasons) in a public accounting environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, with all prerequisites completed to qualify for the CPA examination.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team setting.
