Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Schedule: 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety of personnel, residents, and the facility.
  • Oversee the staffing roster to verify the presence of required personnel.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and any suspicious activities, taking appropriate actions as per company protocols.
  • Engage effectively with law enforcement, emergency medical services, and fire departments as necessary.
  • Respond promptly to any safety-related situations that arise.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • CNA Certification is mandatory.
  • Completion of a 20-hour State of Illinois security training course is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Preferred candidates will possess advanced de-escalation techniques.
