Healthcare Ambassador

Sodexo is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Host/Hostess to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and experience for our patients, staff, and guests.

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming interactions with patients, staff, and guests to ensure accuracy and timelines of patient meal trays and floor stock.
• Operate with Efficiency: Deliver meal carts to patient units, aid in meal set-up at bedside with direct patient contact, discard soiled trays, take inventory of nourishment areas, and stock the nourishment area.
• Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Perform sanitation activities, including dishware, equipment cleaning, and janitorial tasks, to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
