Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Handyman Connection. As a professional painter, you'll be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, mixing and matching paints, and applying finishes to various materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepares surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, burning, sanding, sandblasting, or other means as necessary.
  • Mixes, matches, and blends paints to achieve desired color, consistency, and drying properties.
  • Applies finishes to various materials using brush, roller, spray gun, or other applicators.
  • Determines and clearly identifies proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projects.
  • Evaluates customer requests, prices projects, troubleshoots customer issues, and presents work orders to customers.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in helping homeowners.
  • Enjoy finding solutions for homeowners and surpassing expectations.
  • Good collaboration skills with fellow craftsmen.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Valid KY driver's license.
  • Personal, reliable transportation.
  • Self-starter with little supervision.
  • Compliance with company policy.

Compensation:
