Bon Secours Mercy Health, located in the vibrant Hampton Roads area of Virginia, is actively seeking a skilled General Neurologist to enhance their established practice at the Bon Secours Neuroscience Institute. The preferred candidate should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience and demonstrate a commitment to advancing the evolving program. An interest in EEG, EMG, Stroke, and Neurophysiology is highly desirable.
Position Highlights:
- Clinic Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Patient Load: 15-20 patients daily
- New Consultations: Approximately 6 per day
- On-call Rotation: 1 in 4, supplemented by Tele-Neurology
- Outpatient Services: Harbour View Medical Center
- Support Staff: Advanced Practice Clinician assistance in clinic
- Electronic Medical Records: EPIC for both inpatient and outpatient
- Accreditations: Joint Commission Advanced Primary Stroke Center since 2010
- Awards: Stroke Gold Plus Award from the American Heart Association
- Note: J1 Visa sponsorship is not available.
