Job Summary
MUSC Community Physicians is a healthcare entity providing services to patients in rural areas throughout South Carolina. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have experience in nursing care and be able to assist with data collection, formulation of patient care plans, and participate in evaluating outcomes of nursing actions. The LPN will also assist medical staff with preparation, examination, and procedures, including interviewing patients to obtain personal data and vital signs. Additional responsibilities include documenting patient care delivered in the medical record according to MUSC policy.

Requirements
We require a licensed LPN within the state of South Carolina or a compact state, preferably with one year of experience. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is necessary. Other requirements include ability to perform job functions while standing, sitting, walking, and climbing stairs, as well as maintaining 20/40 vision corrected and performing fine motor movements frequently.
