The Clinical Operations Leader is tasked with managing the clinical personnel within a healthcare facility while providing support to the Practice Manager as necessary. This position may require independent management of clinic functions at times.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee clinical personnel, including recruitment, performance evaluations, and resolution of staff concerns
- Facilitate staff training, education, and competency evaluations
- Work alongside the Charge Nurse and Clinical Manager to uphold clinical excellence
- Develop monthly staffing schedules and handle employee leave requests
- Ensure accurate charge capture processes to enhance revenue
- Manage supply procurement, inventory oversight, and cost management
- Assist in formulating the annual budget
- Provide clinical support as required
- Address patient inquiries and grievances
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting
- Licensure: Active RN License in Virginia
Physical Requirements: This position necessitates physical activity, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing during patient assessments. There may be exposure to bodily fluids, pathogens, and chemicals.
