Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Used Goods Processor - Retail Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for processing donated goods in a timely manner to provide our retail stores with a sufficient amount of merchandise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process donated merchandise, including loading, unloading, sorting, inspecting, completing forms, pricing, tagging, hanging, packaging, and delivering a variety of soft and hard goods.
  • Process store returns and prepare them for shipment back to the main plant.
  • Work efficiently to achieve production goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Communicate effectively with management, coworkers, program participants, and the public.
  • Assist in training employees and program participants as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
