About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Brown and Caldwell. As a key member of our Electrical and I&C group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical design services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute electrical design projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Scope and budget projects, identifying method of project execution and coordinating staff assignments
  • Support business opportunities and assist in sales and marketing efforts, including proposal preparation and interviewing
  • Mentor other electrical and I&C engineers and designers
  • Perform contractor construction submittal reviews and request for information documents
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and experience in electrical design and project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
