Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Ironwood Bar and Grille in CO. The ideal candidate will be attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.

Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 per year (dependent on experience)

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for customers. As a Mixology Specialist, you will interact with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks. You will also assess customer needs and preferences, making recommendations when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cocktails according to recipes
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Cross train into server position a must
Requirements

To be successful as a Mixology Specialist at Ironwood Bar and Grille, you will need:

  • Proven working experience as a bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
