Job Details:

The estimator will be responsible for creating accurate construction estimates, analyzing plans and specifications, and preparing bid documents. Experience bidding large DOT bridge work worth $50 million or more is required.

Essential Functions:

  • Analysis of plans and specifications
  • Computer-aided preparation of quantity take-offs
  • Responsible for timely and accurate take offs

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years' experience in highway heavy construction
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated
