Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Behavioral Therapist/Mental Health Practitioner to provide direct 1:1 therapy and group therapy to children and adults affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients with ASD
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass a DHS background check
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with ASD and ABA therapy
  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or related field
  • 2,000 hours of supervised experience in mental health services
