About the Role

As a Registered Nurse on our Heart & Vascular Interventional Unit at Catholic Medical Center, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures. Your expertise in assessing patients' physical and psychosocial status will be crucial in detecting changes post-procedure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status based on interview, examination, and review of clinical data.
  • Employ critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve patient outcomes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in assessing, responding, and adapting the plan of care to meet the needs of the patient population.
  • Provide mentorship to team members and participate in clinical committees to drive exceptional care and create positive outcomes for patients.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in an acute care setting is highly preferred.
  • Current unencumbered RN license in the State of NH.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification required.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred.
  • BSN strongly preferred.
