CNC Programmer - Precision Machining Specialist

SWJ TECHNOLOGY, LLC is seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our team in Tuscaloosa, AL. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and modifying CNC programs for precision machining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CNC programs for machining operations
• Analyze and troubleshoot CNC program issues
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate and efficient machining operations
• Monitor and analyze project schedules to ensure timely completion

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in CNC programming and machining operations
• Proficiency in project scheduling software and CNC programming languages

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Physical Requirements:

• Work is normally performed in an office, laboratory, manufacturing floor, or machine shop setting
• Must be able to understand and comply with all relevant safety practices
