**Job Summary**

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the position of Director of Metro Los Angeles Initiatives at PATH (People Assisting the Homeless). As a key member of our Program Leadership - MLA team, the successful candidate will lead our department to achieve its goals and objectives through innovative, effective, and efficient strategies.

**Responsibilities**

The Director of Metro Los Angeles Initiatives will be responsible for:

  • Supervising daily operations to support and implement our current program objectives.
  • Identifying and addressing training needs and development of staff, in collaboration with program management personnel.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate data collection and reporting, as required by funders, government entities, and agency senior management.
  • Coordinating efforts to meet grant deliverables for both in-house programs and subcontractors.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for service delivery and ensuring their effective execution.

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services, or related fields, along with four (4) years of supervisory experience.
