Job Overview

Join our team at WSI Talent as a Production Worker, where you will play a vital role in our dynamic manufacturing environment. This position involves the handling, sorting, and stacking of rough-cut lumber according to its dimensions, species, and grade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately place lumber into designated carts.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist fellow team members as required.

Safety is paramount in our operations, and adherence to all safety protocols is expected while performing your duties.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay rate of $18 per hour.
  • Consistent work schedule from Monday to Friday, with shifts from 6 AM to 2:30 PM.
  • Incentives for referrals, including a $100 bonus for each friend you refer.
  • Weekly pay structure.
  • Opportunity for permanent employment after 500 hours, contingent on attendance, attitude, and performance.

Qualifications:
